GV Hawaii's Kapiolani Student Residence Opens to Students

In September, the Kapiolani Student Residence will welcome GV students for the first time. This terrific student residence is centrally located just a few kilometers away from GV Hawaii and just a few minutes away from world famous Waikiki.

As our student residence options are extremely popular with our students, please send any inquiries or bookings you may have to us at your earliest convenience.

Cambridge Success!

In September, GV Hawaii will have its' largest intake of Cambridge FCE and CAE students to date. We are very excited to have these students join us and welcome them to Hawaii. For the first time, we will have four classes for our Cambridge test preparation courses.

The Cambridge Coordinator and teachers here at GV Hawaii are looking forward to working with a large group of diverse students.

Staffing Change

Jeff Ho will be leaving GV Hawaii to pursue new endeavors. We want to wish Jeff good luck in the future.

While we are sad to see Jeff go, we are very happy to announce that Eric Lum has been promoted to the Assistant Director position.

Moving Up with the University Pathway Program

Since the UPP program with Kapiolani Community College in the beginning of 2007, a number of students have been able to improve their English skills at GV Hawaii and move on to college credit programs at KCC.

Through this terrific program, students can take as much or as little time as they need at GV Hawaii to improve their English level. Once the reach the required level (completion of level 6), they can enter KCC directly and take another step toward achieving their education goals.
