"English Out & About"

GV Brisbane's next "English Out & About" course begins on 25th February and is an excellent alternative for those students who wish to use their English in a series of real-life situations, including visits to places of interest around Australia's 'most liveable city'. The course is open to both new and existing students, so if you have any clients who may be interested, please let us know as there are still a few places available.

EAP II Pathways

Feedback on GV Brisbane's EAP II programme from both students and partner institutions in Brisbane and elsewhere in Queensland continues to go from strength to strength, with exciting new pathways being created all the time. On successful completion of the course, GV Brisbane students may progress to a range of programmes at QIBT, Queensland School of Film & Television, Intech Institute of Technology, Brisbane North Institute of TAFE and Southbank TAFE to name but a few. Look out for a new information flyer about EAP Pathways, to be published soon. In the meantime, please feel free to contact our Director of Studies, Pam Casey (pcasey@gvenglish.com) for further details about progression from GV Brisbane’s EAP II course to further or higher institutions in Brisbane and beyond. .

New Faces

A very warm welcome to Kylie, Jill and Tanya, who have recently joined the dedicated and dynamic teaching staff at GV Brisbane.

We are also delighted to announce that Phil (pictured), already popular for teaching the English Through Music option, has this week taken on the role of Activities Co-ordinator – we wish them all the very best of luck!

Brisbane, Phil
