GV’s General English Program (GEP) forms the basis for all our course offerings.
Available full-time or part-time, our GEP is offered at eight levels from Beginner to Mastery and can be taken for 1 to 52+ weeks!
You can join our General English Program at any English level! We’ll have the right fit for your current proficiency and future goals.
GV General English provides:

General English - Morning Classes
Morning GEP lessons are based on a curriculum designed to promote a communicative classroom environment. General English classes expand students' vocabulary, increase listening, reading, and writing skills, and build the confidence necessary to use English in a variety of settings.
Lessons are designed to help students develop English for everyday life. Our instructors will present vocabulary and phrases through dialogue and role play situations to help everyone communicate better.
English grammatical structures are presented in a communicative way – with equal emphasis given to both accuracy and fluency. The English classes are organized so that students use the new language in speaking activities and conversation.

At Global Village, students enjoy the opportunity to choose from a variety of afternoon elective classes. General English elective options cover a variety of topics and skills that allow students to improve their English language abilities and achieve their personal goals.
