Bonjour, Victoria! French Group Lessons Are Coming to Global Village!
Global Village, a Canadian leader in English language education, is thrilled to bring French language learning to our Victoria school and we'd love for you to join us! Beginning June 16th, we are offering French Group Lessons designed for local and international participants aged 16 and older who are ready to take their first, or next, steps toward speaking French with confidence.
This course is perfect for you if you:
- Have always wanted to learn French but never
had the right opportunity
- Studied French in school but feel like you never quite got there
- Haven't practiced French in years and are ready
to pick it up again
Over six engaging and interactive weeks, you'll build a solid foundation in the essentials; grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation - with a strong emphasis on speaking and listening. Expect lively conversations, practical exercises, and lessons designed to get you talking from day one. Whether French has always been on your wish list or you're dusting off skills from your school days, this is your moment.
By the end of this course, you can expect to introduce yourself and hold simple conversations, understand and use everyday expressions and basic phrases, and navigate common real-life situations such as shopping, ordering food, and asking for directions. You'll also begin reading and writing simple French sentences with growing confidence. Language learning is a journey, and this course is an exciting and productive step that will leave you motivated, capable, and ready to keep going.
