🎇Graduation Day at GV!🎓
This week we are losing some of our all-stars – students who have made a big impression on the school, made many friends and joined a lot of activities. 🌟
🎓 From the GV 4 class – we are saying goodbye to Claudia Gabriela Garcia Sanchez – Gabby has been a favourite among the teachers for a while. We wish her the best as she goes on to new adventures.
🎓 Speaking of adventures – Soungjin Eum is returning to retirement after 8 weeks here. We’ll miss you S.J.!
🎓 Hiromi Abe was easily recognizable around the school with her signature toque and big smile. She will stay here in Victoria for a few more weeks and a few more activities with GV! Awesome!
🎓 Elenita Dussan Dussan is the aunt of a former student of ours, Mabel, from 10 years ago!! We love it when family members come to GV!
🎓 Reina Segawa will be returning to Japan tomorrow morning! She has been a real star in our classes and we will miss her!
🎓 Shiori Takeda is leaving us after 8 weeks and reaching a level of GV 3! Well done Shiori!
🎓 Liang Lei was here for 6 weeks and graduated from GV4. Great job!
🎓 Mingyu Park reached a level of GV5 and was with us for 12 weeks – That’s three months! Thank you for choosing GV Victoria everybody! Best wishes!

Activities at Global Village aren`t all about going somewhere, sometimes you are learning a new skill like origami. 🧘♂️📄
We took a break from the busy city life to master the art of paper folding right here in the classroom. It takes patience and precision, but the results are so worth it. It was a great afternoon of sharing culture, helping each other with tricky folds, and having a few laughs.
